I hired Brad to demo a small bathroom to expand the kitchen footprint. The job included the removal of the bathroom sink and toilet, the removal of walls, raising the kitchen ceiling to its original height, building an island, laying a new floor to make the footprint seamless and reframing windows, among other things. Brad did an exceptional job, adding his design flair to beautiful faux beams he created and building a small bookshelf off the end of the island for cookbooks. Brad is a talented craftsman, thoughtful about his work and very easy to work with. He always cleaned up at the end of the day and took great pride in his work. Plus, he’s just a great guy with an old-school work ethic. I’ve already got a new project with his name on it. I’m glad I found him here and highly recommend his work.

Brad completed two projects for me in 2023...installing fence posts at one property and removing/installing shingles on a garage at another. I am very pleased with Brad's approach, workmanship, and commitment to doing a quality job. He responded quickly to my requests for proposals, provided a very detailed list of materials required and an estimate of hours for his services (which he stayed within), and started & completed the projects on time. We discussed various options for each project. He was very flexible and provided knowledgeable feedback & suggestions in a very professional manner. Brad was very punctual as well...arriving on the job sites on time each day. Some of the plywood under the shingles needed to be replaced, which he also took care of. Finally, he cleaned up afterwards...which is important to me and not always completed by other contractors. I would definitely utilize Brad's services again and highly recommend him for your construction needs.
