Called them for a routine drain fix, the snake got stuck and broke off into our drain and didn’t tell us. Wanted to come back to drill a hole in our ceiling and fix it. When we asked a second plumber they made us aware of the issue. Told us that we would never need to drill a hole in our ceiling if the snake didn’t get stuck. The guy who actually fixed it told us we should get a refund because they only made issues worse and didn’t fix anything. Asked for a refund and the guy blows up, saying he would never make a mistake and has 30 years of plumbing experience and starts listing off buildings that he worked on. Would not give us our 150 dollars back and we had to pay hundreds more on repairs to fix the drain and the new holes in the wall. Go with anyone else this guy is a hack.
