Luis and his associates were awesome. They worked their magic at a 4 bedroom apartment of 4 guys - that had not been cleaned properly for a year. They did the move- out cleaning. They exceeded my (mom’s) expectations by a lot!! They were very prompt and great communication and flexibility in setting up the cleaning.

I wanted my mother-in-law's house cleaned before she returned from her snowbird travels, so I searched for a cleaning company that had good 4 & 5 star reviews. Luis was very responsive all the way through. We discussed the project in detail and he quoted me a price. I knew right away that the estimate was light on hours, so on the day of service I had Luis walk the home to make sure we were both on the same page for what needed to be done. After walking through the home and clarifying the details. we agreed to a final price before they got started . The price increased from $273 to $350, which I thought was reasonable. The work took longer than expected because it was only a two person crew, but the finished work was outstanding! My mother-in-law is still thrilled and delighted after two weeks post cleaning! I would definitely recommend and hire Expert Clean & Services again. Thanks Luis & Aldo!
