After I was cancelled on by two other third party services last minute before the holiday, I used thumbtack as a last ditch option to hopefully find service for my new TV and wall mount. Justin reached back out within minutes of my inquiry and was able to schedule an appointment for that same afternoon. He was prompt (actually was able to come earlier than our original time) and got the job done within an hour. He was thorough in explaining his process and each step of what the job entailed, and I was very pleased with the set-up and overall quality of work done. I appreciated his responsiveness and willingness to come that same day especially after my frustration with other technicians canceling on me with short or no notice at all, and because of him I'm able to enjoy my new TV setup with the kids and family this Thanksgiving. I highly recommend Justin and will look to him again if future needs ever arise!
