- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of our pricing is very fair with in the home improvement industry. We do not mark up any materials, which allows us to stay competitive.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will go to the job site for an initial estimate. We then determine what are customers needs are and send them a free estimate via email.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor's degree in Business administration and 25 years experience in the home improvement industry.
