- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We definitely strive to put great value into a pricing and we get to know our customers to help them stay within budgets and give them the absolute best that we can. We never want anyone to have regrets.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we connect with our customers we set them up in our event planning system which they can customize everything that we do for them. This includes timelines, lighting colors and all their music choices. All of this they can do on their own time via the Internet and their own private event portal.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with all types of customers from all over the country. We do not discriminate we love one another and treat everyone like family. I have married same-sex couples and DJ'd for different ethnicities over all these years. All we care about is bringing smiles and happiness to everyone.
