- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices for riding lesson start as low as $50.00. Group, semiprivate and private lessons are available.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New students are always welcome at First Class Horse Complex. When a new student arrives their abilities are evaluated and a horse is chosen. The student will then be instructed on grooming, saddling and riding.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Carolyn L. Kakuska, a Certified Instructor, who holds a BA degree in psychology with an emphasis in children and she has a Masters in Education/Equestrian. She has been teaching and coaching students and training and showing horses for over 40 years. Carolyn is a member of the United States Equestrian Federation, a life time member of the Paso Fino Horse Association, the Professional Paso Fino Trainers Association, the United States Dressage Federation, American Competitive Trail Horse Association, Equestrian Professional, the American Quarter Horse Association, the Tennessee Walking Horse Breeders' & Exhibitors' Association and the Illinois Dressage and Combined Training Association.
