FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is individualized based on the specific requests and needs of the client. However, we do have a standardized method of determining cost. We offer a discount for jobs if you choose to keep the debris, instead of having us remove it. We pride ourselves on No Surprise Billing, meaning whatever we quote you for the work is the maximum we would charge for the job. For any services quoted, the price will not increase within 30 days of the quote. If you choose to add additional services, we will provide you with a separate estimate prior to completing the work for you to approve. Our quotes are valid for 30 days from the date created. After 30 days, we reserve the right to update or change pricing for services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to start with a walkthrough and a discussion about your needs and wants, and the needs of the trees and shrubs. If a walkthrough cannot be scheduled due to conflicts, we also accept photographs of the trees and shrubs needing work. We will need photos of the entire tree or shrub where available, and then a closer photo of the area you are requesting for clearance or specific pruning requests. Once we determine what needs to be done, we provide you with an estimate. You will have 30 days to accept or decline the estimate. Once you accept the estimate, a nonrefundable deposit is required and you will receive an invoice reflecting that. We then work together to schedule a date and time to perform the work, with remaining payment due upon completion.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Josh has over a decade of experience working as a professional arborist in the Pacific Northwest and Hawaii. He specializes in Lace Leaf and Japanese maples, but has experience and skill in a variety of other trees and shrubs.
