- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet my customers and have them describe what it is they want. If it’s not a fit, that’s ok, but so far everyone I’ve met has gone with me and I intend to keep that going by being cheerful, optimistic, trustworthy, dependable, and show that I know what I’m doing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked on houses since my teens, learning how to fix up family properties, meaning around twenty five years of experience. I’ve done fix and flips/rehabs for twenty years starting with my house at Oregon State University.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started as a teen being a handyman for my family’s properties.
