I have has the opportunity to participate in both somatic yoga and reiki sessions with Jofia, and both experiences were wonderful.
Jofia possesses a deep understanding of the body-mind connection, and her sessions are thoughtfully designed to not only enhance physical wellness but also promote emotional and spiritual healing.
In our somatic yoga session, Jofia emphasized mindful movements and deep body awareness. Her guidance was clear and specific, bringing my attention to my form and calling out which muscles and systems to engage and which to release. I felt renewed connection to poses I’d always rushed through without really understanding the structure. She created a calm and supportive environment, and I was able to turn my gaze inward during our session.
My reiki session with Jofia was my first reiki experience. Her manner and sharing about the modality as we began made it easy to relax deeply and achieve a meditative state, and feel energy washing through and around me. Jofia is not only skilled in her practice but also makes every session feel personal and valuable.
