Contact this service on June 29th. On june 30th I agreed to hire him and asked for the date and time he would perform the job. His responds was "I'll get back to you". After two days of not hearing back from him, I texted the guy and asked for a status. No responds until today. Since it seemed he "blew my task off", I hired someone else who came out andd did the job on Saturday. For future references, when you tell a customer you will get back to them, do it! From June 30th until today there was no updates or replies to my text messages. Today, you reply with "I'll let you know this afternoon". So, from June 30th until today you did not look to see your next available open date even though you stated you'd get back to me. Today's reply was another "I'll get back to you." This is exetremely bad customer service. You lost the jobs and definitely my other task because you did not have the where with all to look at your calendar and see what day you were available and inform me.
