I would like to recommend Trever Gonzales, with Old Town Interiors, for all of your floor installation and refinishing needs. I have known Trever for about 15 years when he attended high school with my son. I watched him grow into the fine man that he is today. He is a person with integrity who will be honest with you offering a reasonable price to do a good job. He will not over price you. He will do the job on time and be there when he promises to be on the job. If he bids a price, that is what you will pay, no extras. I had him do two jobs for me. One was a rental that I was selling. The floor was in bad shape. I had him sand it down and refinish it. The floor was beautiful when it was done! When it went on the market, I had two offers, both over asking price on the first day. Aside from the hot real estate market, the floors sold the house. Thank you, Trever. The second job was to install luxury plank flooring in our home, about 1500 sq ft. Again, he was on time and on budget. He had to move lots of furniture, a washer and dryer, and all the trim work. It was labor intensive. The work was professionally done and looked great. He is easy to communicate with and will take the time to explain what is needed. I could not recommend Trever more for any flooring project you may have.

Great experience with this company. Initial consultation went great with lots of sample to choose from and all our questions answered. The team that installed the flooring were fast, efficient and professional. they did a great job of cleaning up upon completion. Thank you for a positive experience.

I base my prices off of square footage, linear footage & the size of tiles.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If I'm working with a new customer, ill meet with them at there home, get a idea of what they are looking for and take measurements. Then proceed to provide any info as needed and send out a itemized estimate based off of what they are looking for.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was a union carpenter out of local 30 and I've taken courses in the specialty trade I'm in. I also was trained by a group of men that have been in the trade for 25 years plus.
