Called Vicna Renovations LLC to get our slider installed, he was very quick to put us in the schedule. He came out as planned, installed the slider without any issues. With our first experience being great, we also had our windows in our rental installed by Vicna and it was just a great experience all over again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Very competitive pricing. We avoid all the middle-men that the big companies use and thus are able to save money for the customer.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Very easy process. Call us up and we will come out for a free estimate. Then we put together a contract, sign it and order the windows. Once the windows come in, we call and schedule a time to come out and install them. Payments will be split into two- one at the signing of the contract, second payment after the completion of the job.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Have been in the business for over 10 years and know everything there is to know about windows. Love doing what we do! We are licensed, bonded, insured and lead certified
