- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is no standard pricing for music services, but we're happy to create a custom estimate based on: - Length of your Event - Content (Covers, Originals, Requested Covers) - Travel - Parking, Accommodations, Food & Beverage
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Gaining a clear vision of your needs and expectations is key! This is about YOU, not us! The proven process we use includes these steps: 1. Conduct a phone, video, or in person consultation (no charge) to learn the details, needs, vision and budget you have for your event. 2. Connect the skills and services I provide that match your vision and budget. 3. Provide an exact estimate based on the consultation. 4. Provide a contract (the only way to secure your date) 5. Process a deposit and provide any additional paperwork (invoices, W9, etc.)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Kim has a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and Journalism from Ball State University. We have been paid, professional, full-time musicians for over 25 years.
