Andrew & his team were awesome!After having a new garage door installed 2 years ago by a different company we have had nothing but trouble. They would send techs out to service the door and tell us nothing was wrong even though we knew something was amiss. We called Overhead Door and they immediately identified the issue and fixed it. They were very nice and efficient and we are grateful to have a working garage door again!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge 139 an hour for residential customers. We also have a 5% Military Discount.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Service: Talk with the customer to determine what parts we need to bring or a paid site check to diagnose. New Door: Talk with the customer to design a door to their liking and give them a quote, do a site check for exact measurements. Order the door, then install the door.
