Both Rob and the team at FM know there stuff. I had an issue with my heating system that need to get fixed before the winter. Had two service calls from different companies. I was getting answers to problems I ended finding out weren't the issue until I called FM and Rob was able to quickly diagnose the issue. Thanks to him and the team, we can now properly heat the house! Highly recommened.

Even though I only needed help with a portable a/c unit, this vendor still responded promptly and showed up quickly. Even though my a/c unit was not repairable (within budget) Tom was quick to "think outside the box" and not only found another portable a/c unit for me (which he knew of from a previous client) he went and picked it up, delivered it and installed it so I could have a/c again in my small studio apt! Super happy with the quick service and quick thinking! Thanks!!
