Even though I only needed help with a portable a/c unit, this vendor still responded promptly and showed up quickly. Even though my a/c unit was not repairable (within budget) Tom was quick to "think outside the box" and not only found another portable a/c unit for me (which he knew of from a previous client) he went and picked it up, delivered it and installed it so I could have a/c again in my small studio apt! Super happy with the quick service and quick thinking! Thanks!!

Our ac has not been used for years so we hired Tom for a maintenance. Tom is a patient and professional technician, he helped maintained our AC unit with really reasonable price, helped check our ac thermostat wiring and educated us on the proper usage of the ac for no extra charges. Meanwhile, Tom leant that we lost our remote for the ac then offered help check with his supplier and see if theres any replacement available. This saved us tons of time. I’d recommend Tom with no reservations
