It was a pleasure doing business with Josh at Cunningham Construction. He is very professional and goes the extra mile to get the job done right. We asked him to remove a railing over a stairwell and frame out a wall and a half wall. He wrote up a professional quote that clearly laid out the cost and all that was included within that price. He was able to finish the job in one day and left the place cleaner than he found it. This is the honest, hardworking contractor you have dreamed of finding. We will definitely be calling Cunningham Construction for future projects!

Josh did a great job on this pocket door project. He was very responsive to phone calls a week prior, accepted photos of what I needed to be done, gave me a awesome price, came out and did it in the morning like he’s be doing it 20 years. I’ll definitely be hiring him for future work!
