He also confirmed that the pipes were actually copper, not polybutylene as initially suspected. What I especially appreciated was that he went beyond just replacing the valves. He checked the water pressure, evaluated the main shut-off valve, and even showed me where the street shut-off valve is located, explaining things along the way. Great communication, transparent pricing, and quality work. Everything went smoothly, and I really appreciated his thoroughness and willingness to share his knowledge.
