FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of our inspections and estimates are complimentary. Pricing is based on the project and without inspecting the impacted area its very difficult to create an estimate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We believe in transparency at all parts of the process. First we start with a discussion with the homeowner or the business about their concerns and why they called us out. Next we move into our complimentary inspection where we dive into the area to understand the causes, extent of damage or growth and look for connected issues. Based on that inspection we then create an inspection report, recommended next steps and, if applicable, an estimate for the work. If the homeowner or business wants to move forward we then schedule for the work to be performed. Either that day or ASAP the next or following days. During the project we communicate with the customer on our plans, ETAs, progress and potential finish days. After the project has beeb completed we follow up with another complimentary inspection to ensure that our solutions have lasted and our clients have no additional concerns.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our technicians are IICRC certified in their respective focus areas. IICRC is the standardization body that controls, creates and updates the process protocols and best practices for the restoration industry.
