HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Reid did an AMAZING job on our wedding videography!! He was very professional and his care and passion came through in the beautiful videos he provided us. The best part – his turnaround was so quick (less than 2 weeks!); we received everything before we even got home from our Honeymoon. Reid worked great with our other vendors and had high-tech equipment that provided outstanding coverage of our big day. His package prices are very reasonable for all that he offers. I am so incredibly grateful that we found Reid and will forever have these memories from our big day!!

Reid was so incredible. From day one, he responded to my inquiries immediately and set the expectations to avoid any surprises. As we got closer to the big day, he sent questionnaires that actually helped me plan the wedding better by asking me which events I wanted captured and prioritize their importance. The day of, he really came through! He showed up earlier than requested, knew the general timeline and was able to set up real quick and easy. He got along really well with my photographer and it didn't seem like either one dominated the other. He had great ideas for shots, poses and locations and was just incredibly kind, charismatic and really enjoys what he does. That's exactly what we needed, thanks so much, Reid!

Videography was the last vendor I added for my wedding, but honestly it should have been one of the first! Being able to rewatch our day and share it with our loved ones is so priceless. He captured every special moment, along with things we missed throughout the day! It was so amazing to be able to look back and relive the day as if we truly were everywhere all at once. Reid is so incredibly talented, and we couldnt have asked for a better wedding video. He was so responsive every time we had a question and even helped by sending us friendly reminders of things we needed to get to him when the wedding planning stress let things get away from us. We could not be happier with his work!!!

Reid was and his crew was amazing! He arrived early to our hotel on our wedding day and went right to work among all the chaos. Our entire wedding day-photos-ceremony-first look- ect was all planned outside. Of course, there was rain, hail, power outages, and everything else you could imagine. Reid and his crew went along with all the changes and adapted in every situation! Reid went over the top in every aspect, and even let me hide under his umbrella when I was in my wedding dress in the pouring rain. I would recommend Best Made Vidos for any occasion!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We try to be as flexible and fair as we can. No hidden fees. Let's just get it done and get it done right! Most projects require a retainer once the terms have been established and the contract has been signed.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Email, phone or text it doesn't matter. Let me know the best way to get in touch and we can take it from there! Most projects usually require a deposit after a signed contract. Our turnaround time is incredibly fast and most projects can be completed in as little as 48-72 hours.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We always ensure our equipment is up to date and the best around. I'm constantly researching and polishing my procedures so my customers know they are always getting the best product and the best experience. I know how important your time and money is, and I will always make sure you get the most out of both.
