We are thoroughly trained in Defensive Tactics, AVADE (Active Violence and Aggression Defense), firearms handling, and de-escalation techniques, ensuring that we are equipped to address any security challenge with professionalism and precision. - How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started in the security industry in 2006 while working at a laid-back sports bar in the historic Fremont neighborhood. This role provided me with firsthand experience in crowd management and the importance of maintaining a safe, secure environment in dynamic, high-traffic settings. The experience ignited my interest in the security field, and over the years, I have built upon that foundation, gaining expertise in a variety of sectors, including retail, commercial, and construction. This journey has allowed me to develop a comprehensive understanding of the unique challenges and responsibilities within the security industry.
