- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are master negotiators and work tirelessly to ensure that our client gets the best deal possible. Whether it is getting the highest possible price when selling of your home, or getting the lowest possible price when buying a home.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first thing we like to do is sit down with each new client and get to know them and find out what their needs are and what is most important to them. We also like them to get to know us and how we like to work best for our clients.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Joe Kiser has his Managing Brokers License. Both Joe and Jason are licensed REALTORS. We are both Certified Buyer Representation Specialists, Certified Seller Marketing Specialists, and are President Elite award winners.
