Introduction
Welcome to Squid Swimming, a traveling swim school that teaches wherever works best for you.
Squid Swimming was started in 2023 by Celeste, a retired D1 swimmer with 16 years of competitive swimming experience and 7 years of swim teaching experience.
Celeste's teaching method focuses on safety and technique, with safety always coming first. All clients learn basic life-saving skills before moving onto technique and how to swim efficiently in the water. In the event of an emergency, a Squid Swimming graduate will be able to save themselves, even if they are not immediately close to land.

Celeste is beyond amazing and we feel so lucky to have found her. She is organized, thoughtful, kind, amazing with kids, and incredibly communicative and flexible. After every lesson she writes up a detailed report of what was done in the lesson and how our kid did with each exercise and what the plan will be for the next lesson. She's truly unlike any coach/instructor I've ever met. My daughter (3.5) is shy with new people and she took to Celeste immediately, looks forward to swim lessons, and says that swimming is her favorite sport. When we were traveling and had access to a pool Celeste put together a lesson plan for us that included easy to follow descriptions and videos for more complicated exercises. It was super easy to follow along, Celeste was available to answer any questions, and we were able to do this on our vacation and continue our kid's progress.
