FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I always go above and beyond to make sure my clients are extremely satisfied with my work before processing and finalizing the payment.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I often hop on a quick call with my clients to understand their expectations and see if we could be a good fit. From there, I ask for their email address to draft up an electronic contract for both parties’ protection. A deposit is also required along with contract signing for the final confirmation of the booking.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m mostly self taught when it comes to meddling with the camera. Starting at the age of 13, I got my first DSLR, and read the manual front to back to learn about the basics of the camera. However, as I grew older and kept taking photos, I realized the need for systematic education on the art of photography, which is why I spent lots of time in my spare time taking online courses from professionals with decades of experience. Some of the courses I have taken/am still working on are: 🌟 365 Days of Photography Course by Kevin Lj, 🌟 Fundamentals of DSLR Photography (on Skillshare) by Justin Bridges, 🌟 Portrait Photography: working with Natural Light (on Skillshare) by Benjamin Heath, 🌟 Annie Leibovitz teaches Photography on MasterClass. Learning is a lifelong process!
