Hey there, I'm Chef Maria a US Army veteran. After my military service, I decided to pursue my true passion cooking.
I attended Culinary school at South Seattle College and also earned a Certificate of Food and wine pairing in Northwest wine academy , I have a certificate for Bartering as well as training in Silver Service, Mise en place, Etiquette and table Decoration at Interior Training Academy, Super yacht training center in Antibes France . I had the amazing opportunity to intern in the South of France, learning from an incredibly talented Michelin starred chef.
I love traveling and getting food inspiration from different places. I am into fitness and living a healthy lifestyle. All of the food I prepare is made with fresh, healthy and delicious ingredients. I am diverse in multiple different cuisines and food diets.
