Many will say that cooking has always been their passion, but I will say that cooking has always been my form of PLAY! Through treating it like play, I enter every kitchen session with excitement, passion, and new global inspiration to bring to the table.
My culinary education was sparked in my family’s urban organic garden then self-led through dedication to studying and traveling the world (Mexico City, Morocco, France, Spain, Portugal, Australia, New Zealand, New York, New Orleans, and more) to study from professional chefs and home cooks.
I’ve worked in the holistic wellness field for 10 years as a performance nutritionist, food writer, and private chef for a wide range of clients (i.e. infants, postpartum mamas, NBA players, UHNW executives). My Private Chef experience ranges from weekly meal prep for individuals, to in-home dining experiences for families, to full on-site event catering for up to 200 people.
