- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
3 hour company minimum 5% charge on all card transactions Double drive time charge between pickup and drop off ( doesn’t apply if time is less than 15 minutes) Packing supplies not included in hourly rate 5% off (Seniors, Military, Returning Customers)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we listen to the customers needs, then we come up with a moving plan that fits those needs. If we then come to a verbal agreement about price and logistics we send a contract and link to pay a moving deposit. We’ll give you a curtesy call between an hour and 30 minutes before our agreed start time and we’ll move your stuff. Stress Free.. Also customers can call or text us changes that may come up before moving day.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Business/ Marketing and Communications Certifications. Both Ty and Jay have many years of on the job training as a mover as well.
