I hired Marquense remotely - I live in Rhode Island and needed work done to prepare my West Seattle rental home for sale. He was responsive to my request and went out to my property to give me a bid and called me while onsite to 'walk me through' what was needed. He gave me a competitive price and explained everything clearly. I had to change the date a few times - but he was accommodating and flexible. He completed the work on time and on budget and I am really pleased with the way everything looks! I will add photos later - but the work quality was excellent and I will hire him again in an instant!
