Last year, I needed to remodel the shower in my Master Bath, and after consulting several contractors, I found him. His quote was competitive, and he commenced the work as scheduled. However, during the project, we encountered a significant obstacle due to an incorrect decision I made regarding the shower, necessitating a restart. He was not only understanding but also assisted me in returning the shower to Home Depot and selecting a new one, which was beyond the original scope of our agreement. He coordinated with other clients to rearrange his schedule to accommodate the delays in my project and even agreed to work on weekends to ensure timely completion. Furthermore, unlike many other contractors, he remains responsive to any inquiries I have regarding the project, even after its completion. He followed up to confirm that there were no issues with the shower. He will undoubtedly be my first choice for any future projects, and I highly recommend him to anyone seeking home contractors. Excellent! On-time and on budget. I live out of state and therefore the entire remodel was done by phone and FaceTime and it turned out better than expected.
