FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We may not always be the cheapest option, but we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional value through the quality of our workmanship. When it comes to painting, it's essential to ensure the coating is applied under the best possible conditions. Paint is a significant investment, but your time and project are even more valuable. Our process is designed to maximize the lifespan of your investment. By adhering to the highest standards, we ensure that the manufacturer's warranty on your paint or stain remains valid. This approach helps you get the most out of your coating, often lasting years longer than expected. In fact, most of the time, you'll find yourself repainting because you want a new color—not due to a failure in the coating itself.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process begins with your initial contact and a clear explanation of the job you'd like quoted. To expedite the process, we may ask for a few photos of the project before our in-person meeting. This helps us prepare and provide your quote more efficiently. During the meeting, we take the time to listen to your expectations, discuss your budget, and evaluate the scope of the work. We’ll also take additional photos and measurements as needed. Within 1-2 business days, you’ll receive a detailed, written quote outlining the costs, scope, and a proposed schedule tailored to your project. From there, we collaborate to finalize the details and get started, ensuring a smooth and transparent process every step of the way. Our goal is to make the experience as seamless as possible while exceeding your expectations with our workmanship.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a bachelor's degree in Restaurant Management and Gastronomy, which has been invaluable in creating business plans and excelling as a business manager. I've been working in the painting industry since I was 18 years old—23 years now—and this trade has been instrumental in helping me accomplish many goals, including earning my degree. While I plan to transition into the restaurant industry in the future, I’ll never completely step away from painting—it’s something I’m truly skilled at and passionate about. In the meantime, I enjoy pursuing my hobbies: roasting coffee, winemaking, cacao roasting, and cooking.
