Koi was EXCELLENT in every respect! He was on time. He assessed the issues, explained all options, give me the benefit of his experience and the best way to proceed. He provided a detailed estimate and breakdown of cost and fees. He spent many hours here, gave me updates and finished and cleaned up. He was very pleasant and and pleasure to work with. On a scale of 1 to 10 with 10 the best possible score, he is at least a 15! Very satisfied with the work and the bill.

This is the second build project Koi has completed for me. First time, he was assigned to me - I purchased a bed on Joss & Main and requested that it be professionally assembled. Koi did a fantastic job and provided his business card. When I decided to purchase a pantry cabinet on Wayfair I knew I wasn’t up to the task of putting it together. So, I reached out to Koi. We arranged a date/time and he was prompt and professional. And voilà I now have a place for the microwave and food storage! Thumbs up for Koi. He even brought the box/debris out to the recycling bin for me. Highly recommend!
