Thank you for saving our day by first responding to our Sunday late night message and then coming the next day early morning to identify the root cause. You even came back the same day earlier (2PM rather than the originally scheduled 6-8PM) to promptly fix our garage door. We were worried that we could not open or close our garage door and the half-opened door could damage personal items if it collapsed.
