- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I consider my pricing to be fair. I think what doesn't reflect in a quote is all of the extra time that I put in as a designer to help my customers vision come true.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get to know my customers first by talking to them to give them the opportunity to decide if our services would be a good fit and then meeting for a consultation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to school for visual arts and have worked in business and project management for over 7 years. This has trained me to pay attention to the fine details which can make the difference from pretty to elegant.
