MK did a remote install for our gas fireplace last year and it worked great, then after keeping it off over the summer, we had an issue with the remote not working after turning it back on. I messaged them and they came same day to take a look! Eddie was very helpful and fixed the issue in about 5 minutes, and showed us how to prevent it from happening again. Great service!! They are very responsive as well. Warming my feet as I speak!
