- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe in transparency and fair pricing. Our rates reflect the expertise, safety, and quality we bring to every project. We charge a service call fee for the first half hour, and after that, our hourly rate is $145 per hour per electrician. We also provide detailed, upfront estimates so there are no surprises. If additional work is needed, we communicate it clearly before proceeding.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a conversation to understand your needs, concerns, and goals. Whether it's a simple repair or a full-scale electrical project, we assess the scope of work and provide a clear plan with a detailed estimate. Once approved, we schedule the job at a convenient time, arrive on time, and execute the work with precision. After completion, we walk you through everything, answer questions, and ensure you're completely satisfied before wrapping up.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a licensed electrician with years of hands-on experience, I’ve completed rigorous technical training, apprenticeship programs, and ongoing education to stay up to date with the latest industry codes and technologies. I also have extensive knowledge in automation, smart home integration, and energy-efficient solutions.
