We’re local to the Pacific Northwest, more specifically Capitol Hill in Seattle. You can come to our studio, meet with us, or we chat via text or phone about your project. Or if you want you can ship us the garments and pick them up later or be shipped back to you. We don’t require that you buy the garments from us. You can if you want though we have many wholesale suppliers.
We specialize in growing businesses and individuals who want to grow a business. We offer so much more than just embroidery, we're a merchandise company that offers full design and fulfillment of branded merchandise. From soft goods: t shirts, hoodies, blankets, patches, etc, to hard goods: water bottles, mugs, flasks, name tags, etc. We really excel at working to sourcing out the best answer to fit the needs for our customers, even if it means going with a service we don't offer. We really do what's right by the customer.
Locally we take on smaller jobs: 1+, but nationally and remotely we only take on jobs that are 5+ pieces. It really doesn't make sense for us or you with shipping costs to work on less. On the other end of the spectrum 500 pieces is our limit, otherwise we will refer you to someone who handle that quickly. Our current turn around time is about two weeks, If you have a rush, let's talk, we can may be able to accommodate you, added fees will apply.
Once we learn your business and what you need we can communicate ideas back and forth. Often during the course of business we seen designers come to us with 'can you do this' projects. If it's close to something we've done before, but still a stretch we can take a look at the possibility of doing the project. Often we will ask the client if we can use them as a test while we perfect to process. We can only take on a few experimental projects like this at a time. Our current trial process is mixed media. Printed, then embroidered. We've tested it on patches and hats.
We love what we do, have fun doing it, and want to do the best work possible. We spend hours in training and at industry conferences each year to improve my skills. So we're always looking to stretch the edge of our talents in different challenges.
Just look at the reviews of the customers We’ve helped. Feel free to reach out to us so we can talk about your project.

FAQ:
Q: What size jobs do we take on?
A: Locally we take on smaller jobs: 1 to 500, but nationally and remotely we only take on jobs that are 5+ pieces. It really doesn't make sense for us or you with shipping costs to work on less.
Q: Do people really hire you without coming to your shop?
A: Yes, and we take excellent care of them.
Q: What your guarantee?
A: First we listen to what you want, sometimes it's more than just what you're saying. But what's the reason behind the work, and we make sure that is taken into account. I treat every customer like I would want to be treated. Not everything turns out perfect, but we are the first to admit the mistake and work to correct it. So my guarantee is to make sure every customer is satisfied. If not we will work together to find a solution.
Q: What the difference if I provide the garment, and save a little money, or you provide them?
A: If I provide them, you are contracting with us to provide a number of pieces and a price. If you provide them, you are asking me to do work on what you have given me. I will do my best to complete the number asked for. But often the pieces are new to us and one may end up as a test piece, and not suitable for use. I don't guarantee that the garments will hold up to embroidering. About saving money, often an inferior product is provided in which case the decoration may not look good. And you don't usually end up saving money. We can arrange for purchases below retail.
Q: It seems really expensive to have something embroidered. Is there a way I can get it for less?
A: Don't we all want it for less. I get that, but a quality custom uniquely decorated garment is a rarity. We live in the age of uniformity, conformity, and well, sometimes bad fashion. So what we make breaks that mold, it helps you step outside of the norm and say HELLO. Ok, enough ranting. If you want to pay less, come prepared. Have good artwork and and idea of what you want or at least what you want the garment for express. A good idea of your budget can help you prepare for the cost.
Q: Can I reach out and talk to you? I'm not sure what I want to do, or if it can be done?
A: Yes you can, let's start by connecting through the thumbtack app. We can always move to email, phone, or in person. Just remember we ask that you be serious about getting a job done, each lead cost us money, and often it's 25% of the job. $7.50 on a $20 job. But we us this as a testing ground to hone our customer service skills, and as advertising in hopes of repeat business. Frankly it has paid off.
Q: I have a garment that I want to have my company logo, or my favorite Disney character put on. Can you do that?
A: If it is trademarked the short answer is no, we can not infringe on the copyright. If you can get permission from the owner of the trademarked image than we can. We've done work for Public Health Seattle and King County, Polar Freight, Seattle Central College, University of Washington, University Of the Pacific, and many others where we were provided permission.
Q: I have more questions.
A: Reach out on the app. We're happy to answer what we can.
