- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are available on each menu, per person. I can offer small discounts to other BNI members of Chamber of Commerce members.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will reach out via email with my menus attached, so we can discuss what the client likes and also to find out if there's something they would like to see. After which a phone call will take place so we can check in, and potentially arrange to meet in person for a tasting prior to booking.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been cooking professionally for 20 years, I have a degree in Culinary Arts from South Seattle Culinary Academy, and I have 7 years kitchen management experience.
