Introduction

I really strive to make my photo sessions fun and relaxed. I believe that in creating an environment where both the photographer AND the client are comfortable with each other, it creates the type of session where it shows in the photos. I feel that I am a great communicator of what I am trying to achieve with a pose or look (even if I look silly showing you!), and will gladly spend the time with you to help you feel comfortable before and during the session! With all this being said, I am able to capture "posed" moments that look more natural, and of course my favorite - candid shots! I love the opportunity to work with a wide variety of people, of all ages to help create unique memories! There is nothing better than to see your images displayed in your home or business, on your Facebook page or when I receive a holiday card or announcement... I have said since I started this journey - "I love what I do, and I do what I love..."

Ginger did an excellent job and the whole family loved working with her. She was very professional arriving when scheduled and getting proofs to us promptly. She really has an artistic eye and takes beautiful photos. We would definitely have her come back again.

Ginger did our son's senior year photo shoot, and we are SO happy with the way the pics turned out! It wasn't your run-of-the-mill, boring session. She took him to a unique spot, off the beaten path, and captured his personsality perfectly! A few months later, we did a family session, with the same fantastic results. Our kids usually dread family pictures, but after being with Ginger for just a few minutes, they would've posed for her all day! In addition to being extremely talented, she connects with her clients, to get the best possible outcome. My only complaint? The pictures are all so good, it's impossible to pick our favorites! I highly recommend Ginger de Vegh Photography, and look forward to working with her again.

We used Ginger as our photographer for our annual Christmas photos and they turned out phenomenal. Her attention to detail from location, lighting and working with our active 3 year old was amazing. We had a family photo shoot done by Ginger De Vegh. She captured some amazing moments with her photography that I will cherish forever. Ginger was great and had some really cute ideas for our pictures, she also had a lot of patience with our 2 little kids and made them feel so comfortable. My pricing varies based on the type of session - please reach out to me or visit my website pricing page to see specifics!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we establish that we'll be working together, I will reach out via phone/email to talk about your session and what you'd like to accomplish within it. Depending on the type of session, we will discuss location, your vision as well as mine, timing, wardrobe, etc.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am constantly reading trade magazines to stay on top of current trends and developments within photography! I also take several web-based classes a month to further develop my knowledge. I love to also look at other photographers work from around the world - it's always a great inspiration!
