FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is tailored to your project's specific design goals, scale, and constraints, reflecting our commitment to delivering effective solutions. We provide a comprehensive proposal outlining services and fees, including both hourly and fixed rates based on the design phase. Together, we'll establish a fee structure that suits your preferences.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Project Consultation During project consultation, we embark on a fact-finding mission to gather the most pertinent information regarding your project. This includes determining the scope, scale, extent of construction, ect. as well as understanding your goals as a client. We welcome any additional information you believe is essential for the success of your project. 2. Proposal Utilizing the insights gained from the consultation phase and drawing from our past experience, we will draft an initial proposal. This proposal is then refined in collaboration with you, ensuring it accurately reflects the scope of the project and aligns with your expectations. 3. Contract Upon approval of the proposal, we incorporate our terms and conditions to create a contract. This contract is then sent to you for review and signature. Once signed, we commence work on the project. While each project is unique, you'll be kept informed at every stage and we'll collaborate frequently to ensure your vision is realized.
