Garrett was great. First plumber we called wanted $5K just to find the source of our leak. Second plumber we called replaced a shower cartridge with an aftermarket part and told us hed replaced the entire cartridge with the brand name part. The leak continued and then they wanted another $2K to replace the whole shower valve bc that was the real cause of the leak. They also wanted half upfront to come out in a few days. So, then Garrett showed up and did the diligent thing to check the cartridge first and make sure it was installed correctly. We discovered that a new cartridge had not been installed at all. Garrett drove across town to pick up the right cartridge, came back an hour later and replaced it. No more leak. Ive never been happier to spend $500 in my life. Lesson learned. Plumbing is like medicine. Buyer beware. Advocate for yourself and never be shy to seek another opinion. Thanks Garrett and Parker.
