John was great, he came to our site and gave detailed information on how to handle medical emergencies at our facility that were catered to the most likely incidents based on our operations. My team felt it was well worth the time and cost, we are all more aware of medical concerns/history that may be beneficial if something were to happen thanks to John starting the dialogue we'd never thought to have.
