Sai S. says, "They were quick in scheduling an onsite estimate and offered free onsite estimates while several other charge a fee. They provided a reasonable estimate of the cost for fixing the issue. The technician who arrived was knowledgeable and explained the issue and how he was going to fix it. He fixed it in a timely manner. A different plumber who visited for an estimate charged me for the estimate and mentioned he needs the building water to be shut off to do the work. I was waiting for HOA approval to shut off water for the building. Meanwhile, the technician from Jim Dandy was able to fix the leak without having to shut off water for the whole building. I think that was smart thinking from the technician to shut off hot water to the faucet by just cutting off the supply from water heater (since the issue was only with the hot water valve under the faucet).
