Take notes. If you dont understand, you should ask. Follow the directions of the homeowners. Dont take on jobs you do not have the skills to complete. You were unable to follow the design for the cabinets, resulting in a complete disaster! ($10,000 in cabinets) Work on your temper-its not ok to walk off the job. If you set a time to meet, you should be on time. If you set a day and time to meet you should show up. Clean up your job site at the end of the day. Do not use the living room (and new floors) as your garage-damage to the new floor is not acceptable.

Elder and Robin did a great job! I know he usually does bigger jobs but he took time to do a few small fixes I needed around my house and now I don't have to worry about them. He knows what he's talking about and he's friendly and nice as a plus.
