Tarver was great! Arrived on time. I already had the dishwasher disconnected ready to slide out and be opened due to drain and leakage issue and I was almost convinced that the problem was with the drain pump. Thanks to Tarver taking the more common sense approach and insisting on checking all the hoses first. He found a blockage in the drain hose near air gap. His approach definitely saved me time and money otherwise I would have spent money on a part I didn't need and would've wasted more money on re-fixing.
