During the last month, we did a remodel of two tiny condo bathrooms while living out-of-state. Phillip Tran was the project manager and now a founder of Pacent Construction. Recently, we moved in to our condo and were completely blown away by the amazing transformation of the bathrooms! They are so beautiful, modern, spa-like and customized to our aesthetic and functionality! The quality of the work is extraordinary, (the tiling is perfection!), and every detail so well-thought out. This was our first remodeling experience and Phillip made it absolutely seamless and enjoyable ( his motto is, "no stress"). Doing this from out-of-state was challenging, but their flexibilty and desire to accommodate was greatly appreciated. We highly and unequivocally recommend this company for any job as they have a team of experts and skilled craftspersons. Thanks for the great job!

I'm writing another review because I did like these guys. I was in dire need, if you will, of a kitchen remodel. I talked with Lisa in person and she organized for the crew to come in and redo the kitchen. When I signed the contract, I knew that construction will be messy, never perfect, having been in construction management myself. Having said that, I was really impressed by Lisa's project management skills. She always replied to my calls and text messages and the crew led by Phillip always showed up. I do recommend Pacent to anyone reading this review.

I’ve been working with Pacent for a very long time, long before they went live online. They came in and first did our kitchen, then our master bathroom and then our kids’ bathroom. I’ve been recommending this team to all my friends and family in the area. They are efficient at communication, attentive to detail and most importantly, come in a full design and construct/build package. I work in IT so I don’t have much time to think about the design and Phuong took care of all of it. Phillip was always there on site to communicate when the construction began and Lisa called/texted to communicate deadlines. I’m happy to recommend our family contractor to anyone!

We finished a lovely full kitchen, flooring remodel and installed new railings as well as updated our fireplace. We loved the attention to detail provided by the Pacent team. Phillip provided excellent communication during the entire process and listened to everything we had to say. We felt really understood by this team.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We rarely purchase finish materials on behalf of the Client. All approximate costs you see are for labor of work (including all construction, project management, engineering, architect work...etc) only. If you choose to work with us, our designer will provide for you our wholesale contractor discount for finished materials.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Set up an initial call to find out more about the Project before sending out a manager/design consultant to visit the Project site.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Accredited Interior Design (BAA) certification Masters and Bachelors in Science (Engineering and Construction)
