She is awesome. We hired her for my son's first birthday party. She did a great job for hot air balloon themed first birthday party. She did amazing hot air balloon themed photo booth, centerpieces for the tables, food tables, mock tails, balloon column entrance, guest book table decoration, cake table decoration etc. She is a very good planner in pre-event planning. She also did an amazing job in cleaning, loading and unloading things from our car to the venue. Her team also did an amazing job. She was with me through out the event planning. I highly recommend turtle occasions to be as your eventdecor and planner for your next party.

Nicole was sent as a replacement from my event planner as she couldn’t execute due to family emergency.
I would say the best thing happened was Nicole decorated our venue for the party. She got my vision in 10-15 mins when she came to drop the stuff at venue. She realized that we don’t have enough decorations and brought her own stuff to execute the theme. She knows her job very well and I am thankful for her to save my day.
She is great communicator and best at what she does. THANK YOU Nicole. Looking forward to many future events with you.

I cannot review Kayla for her work as she didn’t execute my event due to some family emergency.
But I am providing my feedback based on my experience working with her. Kayla was good initially when we started talking about the event and planned about it. But then she wasn’t responsive. I hardly had any confidence on her side as what she is going to do. Despite of me planning with Kayla for 5-6 weeks in advance, it seems she wasn’t prepared for my party. The stuff she bought was not close to what we were discussing, lot of things were missing. As we were few weeks away from event, she was not responsive and communicating. After multiple reminders ,texts for follow ups, she would reply after 4-5 days giving me assurance that she will take care. But eventually my worry became real when she replied to my message a night before that she can’t do the event herself due to family emergency.
I am thankful to Kayla that she sent her replacement who was a real professional event planner and great in communication. she took time in coming a day before to event and found that decor wasn’t enough. She understood my vision in such a short time and got lot of things from her garage and did an awesome job decorating at the party.
I wish I could have been able to put a great review like others did here but my experience was not good and the stress which I had to go through even after booking so much in advance was not worth the money I spent with Kayla.

I had an EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING experience with Leah and Myungjin Designs. Initially, communication seemed promising; we invested considerable time working together to finalize intricate balloon decoration designs for my event. Throughout this process, I believed we were building towards a satisfactory agreement. However, when it came time to discuss pricing, I made two respectful counter-offers, which, from my experience, is standard practice in any service negotiation.
Shockingly, after my second counter-offer, Leah and Myungjin Designs abruptly declined to provide service altogether—without any warning, further discussion, or willingness to find a middle ground. This decision felt unprofessional and, frankly, disrespectful considering the significant amount of time, effort, and detailed planning we had both put into this project already. I was left scrambling to find a replacement vendor at the last minute, adding unnecessary stress to my event preparations.
While I respect any business’s right to decline negotiations, this complete refusal of service solely because I attempted to negotiate pricing twice was not only surprising but unacceptable. Good business practices should include clear communication and some degree of flexibility, especially in a service-oriented industry. Leah and Myungjin Designs’ unwillingness to engage professionally in negotiation or at least clearly communicate their policies upfront speaks volumes about their customer service values.
I STRONGLY CAUTION anyone considering working with them to be aware that simple negotiation attempts could result in your service being abruptly canceled, leaving you in an extremely difficult position. Sadly, based on this experience, I CANNOT recommend Leah and Myungjin Designs to anyone.
