- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do have a minimum service charge of $100. Our service truck has every tool imaginable giving us the advantage to get a lot done in a short amount of time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Proper planning and communication prevents unmet expectations or disappointments. It is important to communicate and develop mutual trust before doing contracting any work. I always recommend following instincts or your heart because price can often be misleading.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an Engineering degree, and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Policy. I was Contracting Officers Representative for 5 years on large municipal scale jobs. We are Green Builders, Lead Certified, State Accessibility Certified. Our foreman is a Journeyman Carpenter with over 35 years experience. We are not afraid of hard work or getting dirty.
