Hired on Thumbtack

I was having a porch sealed. J O has only done the pre power washing. Next week end he will complete the sealing. He is punctual, polite, and personable. He cleared my porch of furniture and made sure to carefully replace everything when finished. I am anxious to see the completed project. I feel positive about the outcome. I spoke too soon. J o did not show up to do the staining on my front porch. He did not respond to phone message or texts I left on the Thumbtack message center. Obviously, I don't recommend him and am disappointed my first impressions were so wrong.

I am very sorry you feel the way you do. At the end of the day, you got a free power wash out of deal and I'm out money and a customer. I apologize things went the way they went. I had no idea you came here and gave me a bad review. Things beyond my control took place. I will not revisit this situation again. I wish you all the best in your future endeavors.

I have a 2 story rambler that I needed painted. All of the paint companies were quoting me astronomical numbers. Mr. Baker responded to an inquiry I made and then submitted a quote. It was surprisingly affordable, which believe me, was a red flag in my book. But, I called him and set up a time to meet. Let me tell you, it was the best decision I could’ve made. He is very professional, punctual, and affordable. His work his top notch. He will be used agin and again. If you’re reading this, the least you can do is give him a shot. My experience was 10/10. I couldn’t be happier with his work.
