Keenon and Shaun arrived ready to go to work on a fix for our outdoor water leak. Keenon diagnosed and developed a repair plan in good order. They worked steadily and efficiently until done while also keeping us informed about their progress.

Called him out for a leak under the sink. He fixed that and then fixed our septic as well. Apparently it was just a few days from failure.

I only was displeased with the pricing. I had everything needed to fix the sink leak and the toilet leak but just desired for someone to do the task. To replace the gut of the toilet and put new fixtures on the sink that was already purchased, they wanted to change me $929. The prices are outrages. However, the individual that came to the service call was very pleasant and understanding. But no thank you. I can’t see it being financially smart to spend $929 on a 30/45 min service with everything already purchased to do the job.

A leak in the laundry room sink occurred on a weekend. The tech arrived the next day. The unit needed replacing. The installation took 30 minutes and the bill was over $600. The tech was polite and since we have had no problems since, obviously preformed the service well.My frustration is that the billing was not detailed ie parts and labor. Additionally, there was no military discount or senior discounts offered. I also find a $25.00 fuel charge a bit much since the service is based in Olympia which is where I live. Without having the above information detailed, I'm not sure if it was a good value.

Overall I was very happy with communication along the way and the job done. My only complaint is the searching for the leak I now have two holes in my walls (which I signed for) but clinician assured me he measured out correctly (which he did). Pipes went to water heater in garage (which I didn't think to check nor did he, I had checked bathrooms, dishwasher, laundry outside faucets) but no water inside hard to know where the pipes under house were leaking like hose draining 1000s of gallons of water. Clinician was very informative, professional and did a great job on installation of new pump once location of leak was determined. In fact have already recommended to another person with plumbing issues.
