We have a non-standard furnace fitted tightly into our old coal burning fireplace. Most companies will not look at it. Ruslan helped clear up a clog that was keeping the furnace from running safely the day I called him, without trying to upsell us our overcharge.

I commend the service technician who came to my home in icy weather to repair my furnace which stopped working. He did the repairs and the furnace is working great. Also, The technician was on time he knew the equipment he was working on and was cheerful and very through. Looking to install an AC for the house and Ruslan will be the technician we will be calling.

Ruslan came out to check our gas furnace as it was not blowing heat into the house. He was very punctual and friendly. He took explained what was going on as he was trouble shooting the problem. Got everything running great. Very reasonable rate. Very happy and will use Pro Quality Heating again!

In 2021 I was doing a major remodel at my house where all duct work had to be redone as well as installation of new furnace and AC unit. I had called several HVAC companies around and either response time and/or price wasn’t appealing. I decided to work with Pro Quality Heating at the time, even though I didn’t find any reviews anywhere. The work and value had exceeded my expectations! Highly recommend!

I had a few companies come out and look at my furnace, which was making a wierd noise while heating the house. All three offered to replace the furnace after 10 - 15 min diagnostic of the furnace, and were asking a lot of money for it. Too, high for my wallet. Then i heard about Pro Quality Heating through a reletive of mine, who was pleased with their services and affordability. So i decided to give them a call and was genuinely surprised by how thorogh was Ruslan, owner of the company, with inspecting the furnace and locating the problem. His pricing for the repair was fair that i even chose to add an AC to my house. The entire expirience with Pro Quality Heating has been productive, infotmative and pleasant. Would definetally recomend Pro Quality Heating to my friends and family.
